I get an invalid format message for each pic I choose.
What format is valid?
Thanks

    Hi Rich,

    Oh, that doesn't sound good.
The system should behave fine with .jpg files and .png files, up to a size of 4MB and a maximun width of 3500px.

Can you try resizing the images locally on your computer then try the upload again. If the problem still persists send through an example image through to support[at]wouldliketomeet.me for us to run diagnostics.

    Thanks for getting touch

    Alex

    Hi Anouska,

If you send the image to support[at]wouldliketomeet.me (where the [at] is replaced with @ (we can't post emails here)).

    Many Thanks

    Hi,

I'm having trouble uploading my profile pic too, once I hit the browse button and try to upload I get a message saying the connection to the server was reset and I'm timed out. Can you help?

    Thanks,

    Gair (rollerderbyrose)

    Hi Gair,

It may be that the image is too large to be processed. Can you send the image to the support desk and we can diagnose further from there. If you send the image to support[at]wouldliketomeet.me (where the [at] is replaced with @ that would be great

    Thanks

    Alex
