Booking a time

Hi,

After logging in I am now met with a hearty congratulations page, which is lovely. However after selecting a date on the calendar no times pop up in the box underneath, no matter which day I select. Is this a common problem, something I can solve myself or because there are no slots yet because everything is still new?

    Hi Zoe,

    For users with 90+ Votes booking is available today. For everyone else booking will be available over the next few days. Be quick though, slots will fill up fast.

    Had booked in to do my webcam verification at 17.40 today the 05/12/12 but due to my place of work (primary school) blocking access to dating websites I couldn't get through to the website in time for the chat. Is there any chance of agreeing another time to do it as I can't access the booking screen on the website any more.

    Hi! I booked my verification for tomorrow at 7pm, however, my page states that I've taken part in a verification and I will get an email response? Should I ignore this and just turn up tomorrow at 7pm? I've attached a screenshot as proof! Thanks!

    Hi Tom,

    We'll be lifting the lid tomorrow morning on a feature that will allow for missed cam session to be rebooked, I'll make sure I comment here once it's up and tested for you.

    Hi Naomi,

    That is very strange! I'll have one of the tech guys look into it tomorrow morning to see what's up. But in the mean time, assume your chat will be going ahead at 7pm tomorrow unless otherwise notified.

    I would love to be a member and have been invited to a webcam chat - I don't have a webcam - what can I do??

    Do you have an iPhone/iPad at all? Do you have access to an internet cafe or know a friend who has a computer with a webcam? This is the only part of the process which requires you to have one, so I can understand it might be a pain to go out and grab one.

    Let me know if any of the above are any good, and let's see if we can work something out for you.
